Over the past few weeks, the Campus has welcomed two groups with different backgrounds, giving them the opportunity to discover our professions, our environment and the day-to-day life of the company.
Sport dans la Ville (Sport in the City): passing on the values of sport to support professional integration
Based in Eybens, Sport dans la Ville is an association that supports young people up to the age of 30 in their journey toward integration and employment, while helping to reduce inequality of opportunity and promote equal chances.
For this visit, the aim was to introduce them to the Sidas World and the different jobs within the company.
Passiflore: missions and support for a return to employment
Passiflore, based in Tullins, is a work integration social enterprise that supports people with disabilities in their return to employment in the mainstream job market.
This visit is part of our disability inclusion approach, with the ongoing goal of introducing our professions and our working environment.
