Bootfitting day at Salomon Freeski athletes’ annual meeting
The annual Salomon Freeski team meeting was an opportunity for our teams to catch up with Alexi Godbout and Jacob Belanger.
This key event, organized by Salomon at their headquarters in Annecy, brings athletes together to prepare their equipment for the upcoming season. Not only do they come to pick up their Salomon outfits, skis, and gear, but it’s also an opportunity for them to spend some time with our Bootfitters.
This year, Max Schubert and Fabien Loschiwere on site to make the footbeds, injected liners, and overall boot preparation.
While the footwear specialists were at work, we chatted with Alexi and Jacob. We looked back on their recent involvement in the film Cold Calls by Blank Collective, discussed their preparation for the new season, and above all, gathered their feedback on the Dissent socks…
