Train The Trainer 2026 - a unique edition at Base Camp !
The latest event : the Train The Trainer organised by the Sidas Academy.
For this new edition, over 40 international Sidas World partners were invited to share two days at our Base Camp, in France.

After Benjamin Couton - Sidas Academy Director, introduced the program, the event officially began in a spirit of conviviality and sharing expertise.
The latest data and key figures were discussed, as well as the most recent ShooIQ innovations.
Held by different experts, workshops then took place :
- Sales process and customer experience : to highlight our protocols and understand the different needs in each country
- How to become a good trainer ? : to help each participant share their expertise in the best way
- Socks school : to learn more about how a sock is made and the different yarn choices

For the second day, the morning was focused on two main topics :
- Pathology & Foot prevention in trail/running and hiking, held by podiatrist Christophe Blanc
- Trail Running balance profile & Dynamic analysis, held by Academy Trainer, Etienne Loisel, where he welcomed Marianne Hogan - Ultra-Trailer and Sidas Athlete, to share her expertise and meet the participants.

Brand Village

In the afternoon and to conclude this Train The Trainer, a brand village took place at Base Camp. A community run was also organised to give everyone the opportunity to try the different products.
- On the Sidas, Therm-IC and Sidas Academy booths, all could try the latest insoles and socks.
- The brands Mizuno, Rossignol and Dynafit also had booths were one could test and compare different trail/running shoes.

Over these two days, conversations led to many learning opportunities, along with unique and social moments.
