The PVBC joins forces with the Sidas World Foundation to support local biodiversity
For this new basketball season, the Pays Voironnais Basket Club and the Sidas World Foundation have launched a fundraising initiative to provide concrete support: for every three-pointer scored at home, €25 is donated to the foundation.
Long-time partners, the PVBC and the Sidas World work together to ensure players feel comfortable in their shoes and to promote local activities of our region.
It is within this dynamic that the fundraising initiative takes shape, with the goal of helping finance actions that support local biodiversity. This project is supported by Caré TP, Pluralis, Cholat and Arc en ciel, companies that made this fundraiser possible.

End of the season : presentation of the check to the Foundation

The end-of-season game took place on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, during the match against Strasbourg. On this occasion, the Pays Voironnais Basket Club presented the generous €2,350 check to the Sidas World Foundation, raised thanks to 94 three-pointers.
With this donation, the foundation will fund a project to protect or restore a vulnerable ecosystem in the Pays Voironnais, all under the supervision of the Fondation de France.
